Car was new Chevy Impala. Very clean. No problems. Pick up and return went very smoothly. Only issue is that the car rental area is a long schlep to the terminal, but that's the airport's fault. Would be nice if the car rental companies got together on a more available shuttle to the terminal.
Very friendly staff and fast service to get me in and out with proper attention to details as well. Always prefer this company over others. Vehicle selection was great and I had no issues during my 25 day rental. Return was extremely fast as well.
This particular location remains fast and efficient. The cars are always clean and easily accessible on the ground level. Most of all the team wears a friendly smile. Keep up the great work!
It was a great trip to New Orleans! Met an awesome ambassador for the area, Mike, who was customer oriented ... providing us an overview on the car and services available ... to then provide recommendations for places and spots to go in the area. We greatly appreciated it ... AND had the greatest Po' Boy ever at Parkway Bakery & Tavern! Thank you!!!
I worked with Mike O. at the Enterprise location in the Airport in New Orleans and he did a great job explaining everything and looking over the vehicle. He asked if I'd like a bottle of water and even gave me two ice cold bottles of water - so refreshing after a flight! Great service is always appreciated!!
