I'm going to rent a car (full size) from this location this coming Friday and have the car for 3 months so the means is $$$$....I call to the customer service ( don't care so far let see what happens )to see if they can give me better option on the car and you know what's a full size car for them "ford focus " really!!!! Come on you can do better than that!! I'm going to give business for 3 months guys...

Absolutely horrible... Their employees are rude... Two were laughing at customers who had issues with their rental.. Another one was smacking gum so loud and obnoxiously... The manager was just as bad as they were... Lazy and unprofessional...
