This past week, I encountered the finest in Kenner , officers of its police department. Family members who live there were the victims of a violent offense. The participating officers and Det. Nick Engler, were more than professional and courteous. They had a zeal in their eyes to discover the facts of the event and to conduct themselves as trained professionals.
