I was very pleased with our stay. The accommodations for us and our pet were perfect. Kudos to the friendly staff. We will definitely be back.
Room 358 tenant is loud, having loud music and have their door wide open. I called the front desk at 12 am, after 30 minutes, no response. I called again second time but the cleaning lady (who is manning the front desk) mentioned, there is no call manager, no front desk clerk and claimed she is the cleaning lady and she can't do anything about the noise complaint. Extended stays hotel policy about quiet hour is from 10 pm to 8 am. I called in the corporate number but nothing can be done as well. I am extremely disappointed with the management team.
First room no pillow cases and pillows were just lying on the bed. Told the front desk, then put us in a new room where there was a funky smell and had to feet an air freshener to clean the smell of the room. Overall not the best experience.
Stayed here the weekend of December 15-18 and when I arrived check in was very smooth, the staff was amazing! We got to our room and there were 2 things wrong but the manager came and took care of them with a smile, she was so sweet, heck everybody was durimg the whole stay. They made sure they were available for the guests needs at all times! I will definitely be staying here for our next trip to New Orleans!
Lazy people doing a half-ass job. The place is dirty and smells. Continental breakfast is a granola bar. Keep driving.
