Always has what we are looking for but if not, they order it right away! High quality rugs have withstood abuse for years in our home without showing any signs of wear and tear.
I placed an order the first week of July but they did not informed me that the sofa wouldn't be available until the end of July. I am just now receiving my refund, in September the 29th there service is ridiculous and I wouldn't buy anything else in the store. In my opinion you shouldn't have someone pay for something that you don't have in stock and you not sure when or if you can get it.
Superb service, incredible selection and outstanding pricing...they were so helpful, accomodating, and went way out of their way to show me several options ~ including the awesome sale items from which I scored a $1200.00 mattress for $499.00....loved working with them and they offer fast and reliable delivery, even into the Quarter with no problems, hassles or delays. Will only shop here in this city, they are top notch and extremely professional. I'm truly thrilled I discovered them by accident today lol!
Very pleased customer. The staff was very helpful and were to able to advised me of product and financing option (but I purchased mine with cash). Pricing was fair and I am very pleased with the quality of my products and service.
