I walked in to furniture Mart on veterans blvd. And I was greeted by a man with a welcoming smile. I only came in to purchase 2 chairs. But Mr Felix walked my husband and I around the store and showed us so much more. He answered every question we had and explained things to us in detail. Mr Felix was very patient. He also helped us to set up and account to finance the items we wanted to purchase. Because of Mr. Felix, Furniture Mart is the only place I shop for furniture. Thanks Mr Felix M.

The reason they lost two stars was because I greeted the two delivery men with respect one was respectful while when they left my sister and my wife told me that they noticed that the other delivery man had a look on his face like I did something to him I don't know the guy or have I ever seen him before i feel weird because now this guy has something against me and knows ware I live I feel that delivery personnel reflect alot on the businesses I work in people's houses every day and try to show the most respect to them that I possibly can even when they are not being nice to me .
The sofa I got delivered to my home was a little damaged when it arrived which was no problem they set up another delivery date to bring the part that was damaged it was a sectional couch we got a call saying we should get our second delivery from any ware from 9 pm to 3am they showed up at 6pm these were not the reasons I gave it a three stars the show room was great the prices were great and I love my couch
We had a wonderful experience at this establishment! The salesman, Felix Maldonado, was very friendly as soon as we walked in. He was quick to answer any questions we had and give us the most helpful information. He gave my mother and my I space to discuss our options but was quick to check in and answer our questions, no matter how simple they may have seemed! I want to emphasize how truly helpful he was not only in terms of furniture shopping but also with our financing options. He is very knowledgeable in his trade and a good people person. We would definitely shop with this store again, mainly because of the positive experience we had with Felix! Thank you!
