EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I truly love when a mechanic knows how to fix a car the first time. I did not expect the fast service. I got new brakes, a new belt, and a new alternator in 24 hours.
Came to Scotty's to get an state inspectipn performed on my vehicle. Explained 3 times that I wanted the state inspection with the sticker, front desk said "No problem." About 35 mins later I get a call that my car is done. I pay my fee and leave. As I get close to home I pull into my drive way and see no state inspection sticker change. I go back and explained that I was looking for a state inspection. They had inspected the car and charged me for those services. They immediately apologize and offered my full refund back. Ney orchestrated the entire process. I believe in value, honesty and trustworthiness and they exceeded it today. Thank you and you have earned a customer.
My wife brought her car in for an oil change and tire rotation, a week later, i noticed the tires were not rotated. I went back to the shop and informed them that the tires were not rotated and they said to bring the car back so they could take a look at it. Whats there to look at? Makes me wonder if they changed the oil. Hate to think they would be a business that takes advantage of women.
they had done some work on my car a couple of years ago already so I dropped my car off again for a check up today. It is a 2005 Camry. The car not being new I had a feeling that they were going to find some issue with it. They call me back and told me nothing was wrong with it. and charged me just 30$.
They could have very easily screw me up but didn't. The owner is a very nice guy as well. you can tell his reputation is very important to him.
