I have been trying to get a appointment since my cousin purchase me a 60min massage every time I called they have been completely booked and was told to call back.I called on today and try to schedule a appointment and and the receptionist answer the phone and said Hello no thank you for call spa revive talk about poor customer service
Ordered a couples massage on Groupon in April. I called multiple times, but the mailbox was always full. Finally got through was told they no longer work with Groupon and would not honor their discount. After I get my refund, I'll purchase a massage chair instead of using their service ever again.
I would give this 0 stars if I could. My boyfriend bought a service on groupon and scheduled an appointment as part of my birthday. The called the day before to cancel it. My birthday was in April and it is now mid July. I have called and left messages to reschedule several times with no returned calls. I have only successfully gotten a person on the phone once but they had no available appointments. I am going to contact groupon next to see about a refund because this is unacceptable.
