This was the most abysmal patient care I have ever experienced. I came in and wasn't really greeted. It took 10 minutes for someone to even take my name from the list. I sat for over 30 minutes in the waiting room. During that time, two nurses talked about patients and problems with patients. Just for everyone to hear. They didn't say names, but it was just totally inappropriate. They talked about a gentleman who was in the waiting room- presumably because he didn't speak much English and wouldn't understand. Then, one of the nurses told another patient that it would be 2 hours. And then the nurse who checked me in seemingly remembered that she should tell me that too- and said oh yes you too. I should have been notified of that wait as soon as it was apparent. I am diabetic which was written on the paper right in front of the nurse. There's no way I can spend hours without food or medication heading into lunch time. It was just a really poor experience and I will never come back and recommend that my friends and family who live in the area never go there either. This office needs some better oversight.
Signed in, filled ot paperwork and withjn 10 minutes I was called to the back to do my testing. Friendly and helpful staff.
Every one is friendly and welcoming. From the front desk to the people working at the back. They are so hospitable. Not to forget the physiotherapy department. Mr Alex, is so calming and friendly. You go to him in pain, you leave with a smile. Thanks everyone working at concentra, Kenner branch.
The only reason I had to come here is because I got injured at work. Man they need help!! Been here for going on 2 hours have not been just to get released for work!!!! Omg!!!!! Pt guys is cool the nurse is staff are doing the best they can!!
