This is by far my favorite fish store in the area. I was impressed that the owner still remembered be after being out of the hobby for almost 7 years. Stopped by the other day, and the place is just as great as it was back then. All the fish are very healthy and the tanks are still beautiful . They really seem to be doing what they love. Prices are great and they sell seeded sand out of one of their coral display tanks, not bagged and siting on a shelf. Their whole operation is run the right way!!!
Seems to me they could use the downstairs for a really amazing place but maybe the market wouldn't support such a large expenditure. Either way its a cool place and I recommend it.
The young guy working the counter is always friendly - informative and knowledgeable. When it comes to salt water aquariums, this guy knows his stuff. The prices are great and the selection is always changing. It's actually a cool place to take the kids for a 30 minute short visit to the aquarium. If you go on a Thursday afternoon (around 5?) they do live feedings and the fish go crazy. They have taken the time to setup some very beautiful tanks. Pretty cool place but the entrance is a bit weird if you have never been there before. The door is down the driveway to the right and then you go up a set of stairs.
