This place is a scam, with misleading prices. There are no Kenner city taxes or extra state taxes or airport taxes. This place can just charge what they want and make money due to unwitting customers. Don't be one of them.
Cheap with first time coupon, after that it's same price as airport parking. They do have 24/7 shuttle service, but need to provide a way to contact it. Walked to the lot after waiting 10 minutes at 2am and saw it just sitting in the parking lot.
This is a RIP OFF! They advertise a five dollar per day coupon, but it's really only for five days and then they do the regular price each day after that plus over 25% in fees. You are better off paying the credit card lot in the airport or parking at the Hilton. Do not waste your money at this lot.
I print a $5 coupon and go to use it at exit and was told "you already parked here in 2012." This was September 2017. So they charged me full price which was $16 per day (they add fee after fee). How am I supposed to remember I parked here over 5 years ago? Never again.
misleading coupon. I've never used the lot before, but they said the vehicle i used was parked there sometime last year. That was most likely when the vehicle belonged to my parents. They don't track the driver license of the person staying but the car. I would've ubered and saved over half of what it cost to stay, and the taxes are ridiculously expensive. Do yourself a favor and just uber, spread the word, so you don't get ripped off.
