Great movie watching experience. Comfort seat, great picture and sound. The only thing it needs is better food selection at the concession.
What a great place to watch s movie. Reclining seats, adult beverages, plenty of snacks, and a great selection of films.
Very rude and non professional, The manager is very disrespectful all I asked was for some help and he said you shouldn’t have come here ? Why are you turning away customers just because you are lazy and don’t want to help. Take your business elsewhere very filthy and not clean will not return the restrooms are gross they don’t clean up there is maxi pads open wide in the toilet go clean your toilets sir.
Nice theater, but the concession wait times are ridiculous. I arrived for my 4:30 movie (during the weekend) about 10 minutes early, and it took over 25 minutes to get through the line to get a drink and a snack. Standing in the line was super frustrating, as the problem was clear to anyone waiting; painfully slow service from the employees. Don't expect anyone to move with any sense of urgency, or respect for the customers who are trying to make their movie. Once we finally made it to our seats, the theater was very nice though.
We went to see Coco with my elderly in-laws at a 1pm showing. We reserved seats and arrived at 12:55pm so my mother in law who has Parkinson’s would not have to sit any longer than necessary to avoid stiff legs. To our dismay in addition to the usual too many trailers the theatre ran a complete showing of an animated short film called something like Olaf’s Christmas Tradition that was about 20 minutes long!! it was not advertised they were doing that and it said Coco started at 1. My mother in law had a very hard time walking after the movie finally ended. Very upset with Management for doing this.
