This store has bad communication skills when it comes to it customers . on march 27 my husband ordered my my wedding band and my ring, we were told that in 6-7 weeks it should be here, so when the weeks was up we called to check up on my ring to see where it was and they tell us that they forgot to call us to tell us that they couldn't get the ring in my size... Realize it's been two months now...why the hell didn't they call soon as they found out...there is no such thing as forgetting when it comes to a customers merchandise, then I when she tell me she ask as if its my fault!!!. Bad Bad Service!! Please note that they still charged us...the rings are paid for
This store has no customer service skills nor proper trained associates. I purchased a ring online and I had it shipped to the Kenner location when I arrived at the store at 10:30 am to pick up the ring only a manager was able to get the ring for me which one was not there so I had to wait til 1:00pm to come back and pick it up. Upon returning back to the store all the manager did was went to the back got the ring verify my license and I signed a paper stating I had picked up the ring. What was so hard about it for the associate to do from jump??? After all that I had to return the ring because it didnt look like the one I saw online. Back to the store I go to return the ring. Once again no manager was present to process my return. I had go the Lakeside location. This is where I should have went from jump everyone in the store was very friendly and knowledgeable unlike the Kenner location!!!!
