I love the amenities they have for you while you wait, coffee, lemonade and cookies. They really take good care of their customers.
My mother has had car insurance using Gama Insurance Agency (Progressive). I review her policy and found out she was under insured. I made some calls to get quotes for car insurance. We decided to change her policy to another major insurance and stop using Gama Insurance (Progressive). Gama Insurance Agent told my mother that they had to be present to cancel the insurance policy. I decided to call them to find why was such a hassle to cancel a policy given that my parents were elderly. I was given some excuse that is state regulations. My parents cancel the policy that day.

I called them (Gama) the next day and left a message. Gama Insurance agents never returned my call. I found them not too helpful and did not properly advice my mother on the type of insurance she should have on her car.
