I had my clutch replaced by Labella's this last August. I was leaving town and had everything in my car when the previous clutch failed. The guys at Labella's knew that I was leaving town and took advantage of the situation. My clutch went out 3 months later and when I called Labell's they basically said tough luck and wouldn't do anything to help. Apart form the terrible job they did they were hard to work with and unresponsive. When I got my car back the check engine light was on and there were a bunch of bolts missing. When I asked him about this he said that I couldn't prove that it was him. This is the classic car shop that is looking for a quick scam to keep them in business. My advice is to go someplace else.
Initially i felt friction. It shop appeared to have little to no patience with me, and unconcerned with the fact that I was out of town, and my car...well...it was in their shop. After expressing frustration they explained they'd been fixing cars for 60 years and that they, more or less, didn'r really care about my feelings. They also refuse to make change, and i had to convince them to let me drive up the street to get change for $4 bucks so they didn't stiff me $16. All that being said, i was in a bad spot, and they did the most important things. FIX MY TRUCK FAST and FIX IT RIGHT.
