Very knowledgeable and friendly
Bought two used mowers from Joe's. Both work great. The guys there are friendly and prompt. Hopefully I won't add a third family member lawn to my week but if I do, I'll go to Joe's.
Great customer service
This is in reference to the old shop on Tulane Ave. Dropped of my chainsaw, it was diagnosed, a part was going to be ordered, it was backordered, than they decided it didn't need the part. Almost 4 weeks later, they said it was ready. It does start, but can't run when you give it the gas. Shoddy workmanship! I hope the Kenner store has better repair people. Friendly enough, but there is always this attitude that they are doing me a favor.
I did like this place but then they moved 20 miles away to the edge of the swamp. I take it there to replace pull cord which is riveted on, and it takes them 4 days. It breaks not 2 months later after using 4 times( maybe 20 pulls) but "Any repairs done in shop only has a 30 day warranty". How conveinent.
