I've had trouble with external laboratory bills that the Doctor's office was supposed to take care of, even got sent to collections!!!
This used to be my Dr. for years. He is awesome! The only thing I can say that's bad is that sometimes you may have to wait a bit longer to see him at times. Other than that he is a great physician. I love his staff they were friendly and very accommodating. He always seen to my needs as a patient and he has always made me feel comfortable. Great Dr.! I thank God to have been his patient for like 13 years. The only reason I left was because of insurance reasons, bit I'm working now with my job to get back as his patient and I can't wait!

Unacceptable... My appointment was at 8:15am... The receptionist didn't know how to properly send a fax to my primary physician... Just check for a confirmation or error... No. took her 2 hours and 3 tries to get a paper faxed... Then, the doctor proceeded to take care of his other patients instead of looking over my chart, signing papers, and letting me go. 5 hrs later, still in the waiting room.
Sat in the waiting room for hours despite having made my appointment. Even went had lunch and nobody noticed.
