Very friendly. The place is awesome. Great tanning beds, hot yoga and a sauna, massage beds and so much more. I wish I had found it eairler in our stay in Louisiana.
Cindy and Kathy are so knowledgeable! They went above and beyond to help me figure out what I needed to be my best self for my upcoming wedding. They keep it very clean and they are very personable, which sometimes borders on unprofessional. There isn't much consistently with things like having a towel in the room or having your radio turned on, but they have been nothing but accommodating when I ask for some. Also a major plus, I have never once felt pressured to buy something that I didn't want to. Tanning stuff can be expensive, it was a $200 investment, but Cindy helped me find the best lotion for the cheapest price. She even compared the ml so I could get more for my money.
I am so glad Cathy offered me this experience. I have been looking for A comfortable place to get healthy and feel good . With HotWorks and spa treatments I found it. Thanks again Cathy I love it
Planet Beach Kenner is the BEST!!! :) Cathy, Cindy, and Jessica are the nicest people and very helpful. Always a pleasure to see them. The services offered are fantastic - especially the red light therapy and massage chair. Highly recommend!!!
I had a wonderful experience! Now I am totally relaxed. My husband says I look gorgeous, words I have not heard in sometime. It was clean and everyone was so nice. I am hoping I have a chance to go tomorrow and try out another service. Thank you Planet Beach - great concept!
