WOW! Wish I had read the reviews before I wasted my time and gas to go there. I just went in to get 2 simple roundhead hex bolts for my 2014 Raider. The guy kept asked my me where they go to but I told him that I needed the bolts about a 1/2 " longer. Since I was putting on a light bracket. I told him that they were M8-1.25 bolts but he kept insisting on asking where they went. I told him again that they were M8-1.25 bolts. I mean how hard is it to take a bolt and go in the back to size it up. He wouldn't do it. I know it's trivial but I walked out of there thinking that I would NEVER go in there again and as I said before, wish I would have read these reviews. Kind of par for the course. BUYER BEWARE!
Crooks deserve less than 1 star. Their “Out The Door” pricing was a 40% increase from the list price. I was told most of that charge was from their assembly fees. This was going to be a Christmas gift for my son at the last minute so I was going to do the deal anyways. I was going to finance my purchase but was told there was only 1 lender that made an offer but there was only 1 credit inquiry that reported. Can you say...”Kickbacks”!! Again, it was last minute so I was gonna bite the bullet this time, however the loan officer would not return their calls nor my calls. Some higher power was on my side though! I happened to stumble upon a 1k% better deal, without the extra fees. I’ll leave you all with 4 more words....Blackwell’s Outdoors.....MERRY CHRISTMAS!!!
They tried to screw my boyfriend and I out of ALOT of money! Please check them out on your local Better Business Bureau or BBB. come. Be sure to to read the reviews thoroughly and then you can decide whether to do business with them or not!!!!!!!!
