GOOD LUCK GUYS & GALS

We went to the buffet for dinner, and we'll never go again. The only thing that tasted good was the crab legs. The smoke from the smokers was so bad that I am having trouble with my asthma now. Terrible experience.

This casino is built in a fake ass riverboat, docked on the shores of Lake Ponchartrain. Strangely enough, it was the only boat to be seen anywhere on the vast expanse of the lake. Thankfully, I wasn't there to gamble, as the property looked somewhat forlorn. I think we can safely assume that the interior was smoky and populated by sad, sub-urban punters. I did enjoy a nice picnic with family in the adjacent lakefront park.

Absolutely awful experience. Having been to almost all louisiana casinos before, this is by far the worst service I have ever recieved. I asked for service in a marchine that was not cashing out. The employee told me to "push the service button". Immediately my reaction is "I just asked for service" but forget it, it's not very busy, doesn't matter. The kicker is when the service girl gets there, machine decides to work just fine. This obviously aggravates me and I proceed to walk off. This worker then sarcasticallly tells me to have a good night. No one likes that, especially paying customers. I was walked out by security because I reacted to the immaturity of an employee. I am not happy about it but that was just pitiful.

I use to love this place. Now it's like no-one ever wins. I hear alot of people talking about the same thing i just said. I understand that the place was taken over by a new owner and since the transition people don't really win at the place any more. And trust me, it's not LUCK. I've seen with my own eyes what they can do with those card shuffle machines. It's a good time, but don't count on going home hitting pay dirt, the chances of that are very slim. But all good times cost money. Just don't go overboard spending and keep yourself on a little budget and you can have a great time. Free drinks, when your able to actually get a waitress to come around. And if you spend enough money and play long enough, you can get a free meal on comp.

We did the Wednesday Seafood Buffett and it wa awesome! The staff is super friendly and helpful.
